How to Change a Customer’s Email

Go to the customer’s Profile Page.

Click Edit. This will open up the customer’s information for editing.

Scroll down to the Email Address entry field

Remove the old email addresses and enter the new one.

After entering the new email scroll down and click Update.

After clicking update you will see the new email address in the customer’s contact info.

You have successfully updated the customer’s email address.
