Trainers we’ve been talking about Sales Leadership and the three pillars of Sales Leadership. We’ve talked about thinking right. Having the right perspective and the right mindset. Defining reality and then inspiring activity and playing to win. We’ve been talking about working hard, working hard on for operational priorities – the first of which, is Appointment Culture. And we’ve been talking about being a good person, adding real value to our customers. I just want to share one more thought with you about being a good person.
Sometimes people ask me, being a good person that’s kind of subjective isn’t it? And my response is always the same, ”Absolutely.” So let’s define being a good person a little deeper with a question. I call it “The Question.” Everyday, at the end of your day, when you look back on your day, if you took more than you gave and you sleep well, you’re not a good person. But everyday at the end of your day when you look back on your day, if you gave more than you took and you sleep well, you are a good person.
So you decide. The industry needs a good people so let’s be Sales Leaders. Let’s think right, work hard and let’s add real value and together we’re going to win.
