Jeff WilliamsPresident & Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Williams is the President & CEO of the Absolute Results Group of Companies. Jeff has dedicated the last 20 years to helping dealerships, OEM’s, and sales people rethink how they sell cars. He created the Appointment Driven Private Sale Event and believes it's one of the best ways to increase vehicle sales. Jeff personally travels each month helping auto dealers and manufacturers strategically plan marketing campaigns and sale events that drive dealership sales activity. Jeff’s three greatest passions are his four children, his business, and his charity work.
Jeff ConnerySenior Vice President, Operations
With more than twenty years experience in executive leadership roles, Jeff has developed teams using goal setting and operational planning for motivation, strategic alignment and execution success. Jeff is a passionate business leader with deep operations, finance and technology experience and highly successful in multiple business models including automotive marketing, financial services, high-tech and transportation. Jeff has extensive merger and organizational change management experience.
Al McCaigGeneral Manager, Canada
Al McCaig moved to Calgary from Ontario with his family in 2007. Al has worked in the fast pace automotive retail industry for 21 years, ever since graduating from university and teachers college in Maine, USA. The teacher college component of his education has become invaluable in his sales management career. Passionate about selling, the automotive industry has been a perfect fit. In his free time, Al enjoys hiking and biking in the summer and skiing in the winter with his wife and two daughters. Grateful for an amazing group of elementary school and adulthood friends, Al enjoys spending time with new and old friends and can make anyone feel welcome!
Keray RobirtisSenior Vice President, Global Sales
Since 2004, Keray Robirtis has been working with Absolute Results in a variety of roles. In August 2015, he and his wife Dawn moved to France where he assumed the new and exciting role of International Sales Director. International growth for the company has continued to expand and in the fall of 2016, Keray became the Vice President responsible for Global Sales.
Lorne OlichnySenior Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Absolute Drive
Lorne built his skillsets in business building a national dealer network across Canada in the pool industry. After entering the automotive world, he furthered his career managing several major dealerships which included complex re-branding renovations. Lorne joined Absolute Results to guide and mentor this growing company. He plays a strategic role in direction, hiring, and the company’s charity work, with his most recent assignment, leading the Drive Technology Team. His keen insight and strategic thinking contributes to our winning formula.
Neill WilsonSales Director, UK
Neill Wilson feels privileged to have spent the past 6 years learning all aspects of the auto industry preceded by 25 years experience in retail, construction, and property markets. Part of the Absolute Results team since 2013, he has worked as a Trainer in Canada, UK, Ireland and Australia and is currently the Head of Business for UK & Ireland, partnering with dealerships and OEM's to help them sell cars! Neill has had a lifelong passion for waterskiing however, you are more likely to find him at an opera or piano concerto in St. Petersburg, Russia where he is currently living.
Larry SmithSenior Sales Director, Asia Pacific
Larry Smith has spent his entire life's work and career in the automotive industry. Starting in sales and having gained experience in every aspect of the retail automotive dealership. Larry had the vision to start a training and consulting company to enhance and improve the auto sales industry in New Zealand. Larry’s current position with Absolute Results aligns his personal and professional goals, affording him the opportunity to work within the retail automotive community and increasing the global footprint for Absolute Results. Living in New Zealand, he is responsible for expanding the Private Sale business for Absolute Results in Australia and New Zealand. Continuing to work and help develop professionalism in Sales Managers and Sales Consultants is very motivating and rewarding.
David McKayTrainer Development
David McKay has been in the car business for 27 years. Before joining Absolute Results in 2011, he worked for Mercedes-Benz for almost 11 years—both in the sales and leasing capacity as well as management. Previous to that, David worked in management for Jim Pattison, Toyota and Maple Ridge Chrysler. He's also represented brands such as Ford, Honda, and Hyundai. Today, David's ambition and goals revolve around helping salespeople, Trainers, and Team Leaders, nationally and internationally. He's passionate about helping them understand their own obstacles, training everyone to keep a positive attitude and understand what true work ethic really looks like.
Robert GoweSale Director, Canada
Rob Gowe's love for the car business and restoring classic cars is what drove him to Absolute Results. After 23 years in the car industry, Rob came to work with Absolute Results in 2012. He has been a Trainer and Team Leader and is currently the Canadian National Sales Manager – FCA Division. He's excited to see where the industry takes him.
Robert St-GermainSales Director, France
Robert St-Germain joined Absolute Results in July 2013 and has been working as Sales Manager for France and Belgium since August 2015. Robert has been in the automotive industry for 37 years. Starting with changing oil, to Service Advisor, Service Manager, New Car Salesman, Used Car Manager, New Car Manager, General Manager and all the way to owning a GM store for 21 years. His passions are his grandchildren, family, and wine. Whenever you ask him, his answers won't vary.

We have 119 full-time staff. They include account managers, graphic designers, data technicians, web specialists, and accountants. That, combined with 200 professional sales trainers, create the ultimate team for sales event success!
Each of our trainers has anywhere between 10–30 years of experience in the automotive industry!
